One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)

OASIS Small Business (SB) is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. OASIS SB covers many areas of expertise, mission spaces, and professional services within the core disciplines of program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services. The OASIS SB Period of Performance has an initial five-year base, a five-year option, and provides for an additional five years to complete Task Orders. OASIS SB allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level, and includes ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.
