Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, L.L.C. (ACT I) has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force’s Joint Advanced Strike Technology (JAST)/Joint Strike Fighter/F‐35, the U.S. Navy’s F‐16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force’s F‐22 Raptor since 1998. The Acuity Group, LLC (Acuity) is a WOSB whose core competency is translating DoD’s policies into acquisition management best practices. Drawing on their wide program exposure and knowledge of NAVAIR’s tools such as N-ERP, Acuity is uniquely positioned to greatly improve the quality, timeliness, and defensibility of PMA-207’s acquisition strategies, documentation, and budget submissions.
Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with 128
personnel supporting the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE), including Commander, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Centers (NAWCAD and NAWCWD), Program Managers, Air (PMA), and Competencies, working with Fleet Support Teams (FSTs) and Weapons System Support Activities, In-Service Support Centers, Fleet Readiness Centers, and the Naval Sea Systems Command at Combat Direction Support Activity, Dam Neck, VA. NSI holds twelve prime Navy Seaport-e contracts and several subcontracts for work of similar scope. Recent experiences include support of the EA-6B, In-Service Presidential Helicopter, VH-92A, H-1 legacy and upgrade programs, the E-2C, E-2D, and C-2, as well as UAS systems development and development of common interoperability standards. We provide program, acquisition, administration, logistics, business, financial, engineering management, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and technical support.

Our company quality assurance goals are to:
1. Promote customer satisfaction by building Quality Assurance and value into our products and services, and meeting or exceeding delivery expectations.
