What is SkillBridge?

The DoD SkillBridge program provides service members nearing the end of their military service with the opportunity to gain practical, civilian work experience with top industry leaders. At BTAS, we offer immersive training in high-demand fields like cybersecurity, business development, and information technology, helping you seamlessly apply your military expertise to civilian roles. While maintaining your military pay and benefits, you’ll develop the skills needed to succeed beyond the service.

How to Apply

  1. Consult Your Chain of Command: Obtain approval to participate in SkillBridge.

  2. Apply via DoD SkillBridge Portal or BTAS Opportunities: You can apply for BTAS SkillBridge opportunities on the BTAS page of the DoD SkillBridge site or explore available positions posted directly on our website.

  3. Join the BTAS Team: Upon acceptance, you’ll begin your full-time, hands-on training with BTAS.
